Rights and the duties of the living in the hostel
1.1. Those who are living in the hostel have the right:
- to live in fixed rooms, as a rule, during all studying period at the university under condition of observing all rules of internal regulations;
- to use rooms on educational, cultural and community purposes, hostel equipment and inventory;
- to move into another room of a hostel with the consent of hostel administration and student organization;
- to take part by means of student organization in solving such questions as: perfection of domestic maintenance living, organization of educational work and leisure, equipment and registration of rooms for independent work, distribution of the money donated to improve social conditions of the living in a hostel.
1.2. Those who are living in the hostel should:
- strictly observe the rules of hostel internal regulations, safety precautions, fire safety;
- carefully treat the rooms, hostel equipment and inventory, economically use the electric power, gas, water, keep rooms and general purpose places clear, regularly clear their rooms (blocks);
- pay the established sums for living and for all additional services in time;
- in ten-days term after the edition of the order on the termination(ending) of training (deduction, granting of the academic holiday) pay to hostel administration and leave the hostel (for living extra time the fee is taken as from travelers);
- compensate the caused material damage according to the current legislation and the given contract.
1.3. In hostels of the university it is forbidden to:
- autocratically move from one room to another;
- autocratically remake stock or move it from one room to another;
- make alteration and correction of electro posting;
- autocratically change door locks or insert additional ones;
- keep in room, bulky things, inflammable materials, poison gases;
- leave extraneous persons for the night;
- keep pets in a hostel;
- give the pass and keys to rooms to other people;
- throw out dust and various subjects from windows;
- place things, bags behind the window;
- smoke in rooms (blocks), corridors;
- use alcoholic drinks;
- appear in a hostel in a state of intoxication, offending the citizens;
- keep, use and sell narcotic substances.
1.4. Smoking is authorized only in strictly established places.
1.5. From 22.00 till 7.00 silence should be observed in a hostel.
